About The Position

The Online Account Fulfillment Specialist supports both call center and internal communication functions. This role includes dedicated time handling inbound calls, along with regular interaction with teams supporting Consumer Investments. The primary responsibility is reviewing and remediating online account applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of client service.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process online account applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify client information in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and processing queues.
  • Research and resolve issues, including escalations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Support document remediation, account updates, and paperwork processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvements.
