This is an hourly, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with our grain and agronomy departments, engaging in a variety of tasks each day. The role includes loading and unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and learning to monitor and maintain grain quality. You will also mix and load fertilizer and chemical products, assist with loading trains, and operate equipment while obtaining necessary certifications, including the opportunity to acquire your CDL.
