DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash, focused on building autonomous delivery robots and other automation solutions for DoorDash's core delivery platform. We are looking for an Operations Specialist to assist with experimental products within DoorDash Labs. This role involves working with multiple stakeholders, including Product and Engineering teams, to support the deployment and maintenance of experimental products. Responsibilities include traveling to merchants for staff training, conducting on-site audits to assess product performance, collecting data, and debugging new product features.
