In this role, the Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, facilitating financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) setting or a similar wealth management environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoroughness
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel within a financial context

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce, Tamarac Reporting, Tamarac Trading, and/or Portfolio Center is highly desirable, along with a willingness to learn other financial software

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage new client accounts with custodians and third-party investment managers, acting as the primary operational liaison
• Facilitate client requests for wire transfers, deposits, and other cash movements between custodial accounts
• Process various account service requests initiated by advisors or clients
• Maintain and update our internal portfolio accounting system using Tamarac applications, including individual account maintenance and security reclassification
• Review and execute mutual fund and equity trades for client accounts through third-party brokerage firms
• Ensure all documents and records are maintained in accordance with SEC and FINRA regulations
