POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Specialist II is responsible for delivering a customer onboarding experience that demonstrates coordination, effective communication, and attention to detail. This role leads and supports implementations involving Treasury Management and/or national fintech solutions, working collaboratively across business lines to ensure successful delivery. As part of these implementations, the Operations Specialist II partners closely with the Product Owner, providing support for project requirements, such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), organizational readiness, and documentation. This collaboration ensures that new products and services are launched effectively and meet both customer and organizational needs. This is a remote position.
