The Operations Specialist II is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting recruitment and onboarding functions as part of continuous workforce management. Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, this position supports the full worker lifecycle by coordinating deployments, providing ongoing operational support while workers are on assignment, assisting with upskilling and trade qualification activities, and managing workforce movement across job sites and states. The role includes a mix of office-based coordination and field-based support. It involves close collaboration with recruitment, operations, safety, payroll, compliance, and field leadership to ensure workers are properly onboarded, supported, qualified, and deployed in alignment with project schedules and regulatory requirements. Strong administrative discipline and comfort navigating systems, procedures, and operational tools are essential to the success of this role.
