About The Position

The Operations Specialist role at Federated Hermes involves supporting daily trade operations, ensuring data integrity, and providing customer service to both internal and external clients. This position is dynamic, requiring the ability to work independently while handling specialized and general responsibilities related to client onboarding, account initialization, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and professional and/or military experience.
• Up to one year of financial operational experience or relevant classwork.
• Two years of financial services industry experience in trade settlements preferred.
• Knowledge of domestic equity and fixed income settlement functions.
• Familiarity with sponsor systems is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related major (Finance/Accounting) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trade support and reconciliation.
• Verify data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
