As our Operations Specialist on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will develop efficient workflows and maintain comprehensive manuals of policies and procedures. You'll leverage technology to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity, support management in improving the Quality Assurance Program, and audit files to inform training and workflow improvements. You will ensure compliance with business continuity and record retention guidelines, promote Quality Assurance awareness, prepare management reports, and develop new hire training programs. Additionally, you'll oversee the integration of the agency management system into workflows, ensuring proper documentation and staff training, while serving as a resource for system and workflow-related issues.
