About the position

Healthie is hiring an Operations & Special Projects Associate, reporting to our Chief of Staff. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination within the Executive Office and across all departments, acting as a thought partner in driving forward Healthie’s priorities around innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence. In this role, you will assist the Chief of Staff with day-to-day operations, including policy and process analysis, preparing internal and external communications, and ensuring clear alignment on executive priorities. As a member of CEO’s office, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives alongside senior leaders and key stakeholders at the company. You’ll be expected to own and execute a wide range of special projects and time-sensitive assignments, with a strong focus on identifying issues, clearly communicating them, and executing effective solutions. A core part of this role includes building and refining internal processes, operational workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and drive consistency across the organization. You’ll join customer meetings and serve as an important voice in the room for leadership offsites and company-wide retreats.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief of Staff with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology company.
  • Ability to support senior executives and drive outcomes without constant direction.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with modern tools and platforms like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Monday, Asana, or similar.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a rapidly scaling healthtech startup.
  • Interest in pursuing a career path into Operations leadership or Chief of Staff role.

Benefits

  • Full-time, hybrid position located in NYC HQ.
  • Salary range of $80,000-$90,000.
  • U.S. Work Authorization is required.
