As an Operations Senior Specialist- Escrow Analysis, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for developing a broad knowledge of Escrow Servicing and a good understanding of processes within Escrow Analysis and will need to build a strong understanding of the systems used, procedures, reporting, and business workflows within assigned responsibilities and prioritize and execute time sensitive deliverables daily and with little direction or oversight.

Requirements

  • Previous Mortgage Servicing experience.
  • Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in problem solving, negotiation skills, strategic management and ability to analyze and apply regulatory requirements to existing or proposed policies, procedures and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with various teams across lines of business and communicate with management.
  • Ability to multitask and work on several initiatives at one time, using logic and independent decision making to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to analyze, communicate, debrief and provide recommendations with all levels of peers.
  • Escrow Servicing and Escrow Analysis experience.
  • Experience with MSP, Eagle One, and other Home Lending systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
