The Senior Manager of Business Operations will support the SVP and leadership team, focusing on operational rigor in running the business and supporting growth and transformation initiatives. This role will manage key aspects of the rhythm of the business, assist with executive communications, and help communicate and execute critical global initiatives within the SVP's team. This Business Operations role will also align and help with the OU V2MOM. This role works closely with internal partners — including the Sales OUs and the COO org — acting as a key liaison ensuring alignment between central strategy and field execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong relationship-building with senior leaders (VPs)
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to distill complex details into executive presentations
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to drive process improvements
  • Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Current role in Strategy & Analytics, CSM or Customer Success Area Lead
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce org and products (Agentforce, Tableau, Data Cloud)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack

Responsibilities

  • Manage rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives
  • Collaborate weekly with COO teams supporting CSM and CSAL Delivery, Communications, and Programs
  • Lead preparation of content for high-stakes Success and Sales meetings (e.g., Empowered OU Leader level); partner with Business Partners on Customer Success metrics
