About The Position
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and execution-focused leader to join the Sportsbook Product & Pricing (SPP) organization. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering against our most critical business priorities—supporting core functions like Trading, Risk, Product, and Sports Modeling, while also driving strategic initiatives, optimizing team effectiveness, and helping scale our commercial capabilities. As a key member of the SPP LT, you’ll partner closely with global and regional stakeholders, including the HRBP team, to ensure our people, operations, and strategy are aligned for long-term success. From fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture to representing SPP in cross-functional forums and steering committees, this role will be instrumental in amplifying our impact across the business.
