As a Supervisory Associate in the Discretionary Accounts Control Team, you drive solutions and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful business initiatives. Your day-to-day efforts will include partnering with key stakeholders spanning onboarding, proposal, trade, billing, performance, risk, and compliance. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and a critical thinker and problem solver. You help us maintain a proactive risk and control culture while supporting product development and change management. Together, we create value for our clients and our organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in product management experience in agile delivery environments
  • Minimum one year of experience in system integration experience
  • Demonstrated success leading the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and launching features
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong rapport‑building skills with end users
  • Executive‑ready communication and presentation skills across all levels
  • Analytical, solutions‑oriented “thinker and doer” who drives vision to execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • JIRA, Excel, Power Point, and Alteryx experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain product roadmaps with clear feature and functionality timelines.
  • Track releases and manage product governance, including product cabinet meetings.
  • Lead agile ceremonies—daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to drive continuous delivery.
  • Gather, document, and refine requirements as epics and user stories; facilitate solution‑focused discussions.
  • Support engineering with timely clarifications and remove impediments to maintain momentum.
  • Prioritize and groom the product backlog based on business cases and stakeholder input.
  • Partner across product, proposal, trade, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to manage resourcing, controls, readiness, and change while coordinating cross‑functional delivery across lines of business.
