This highly responsible professional, administrative position serves as the DDDP/Pathways Risk Manager/Safety Officer. The primary goal is to reduce, control, or eliminate the possibility of incidents to residents, staff, and visitors, thereby minimizing financial loss for DDDP/Pathways. This is achieved by assessing, planning, and coordinating responsibilities to prevent or minimize accidental injury, illness, property damage, or other preventable loss or negligent acts. This role is responsible for the overall coordination of the incident reporting system and the general liability program for DDDP/Pathways.
