About The Position

Operations Research Analyst Key Role: Provide General Intelligence Security (GIS) oversight and support to the states, territories, and District of Columbia. Provide support services that support and enhance the ability to administer oversight and compliance pertaining to personnel security, information security, industrial security, communication security, foreign disclosure, and sensitive compartmented information programs. Conduct development, planning, scheduling, coordinating, training, monitoring, and communication. Assist with site assistance visits (SAV).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with project management
  • Experience with drafting, updating, and staffing policy documents for all security disciplines
  • Experience building and maintaining common operating picture solutions that track the status of all GIS disciplines in accordance with the 380 series of Army Regulations and DoD Manual 5200-02
  • Experience developing and delivering General Intelligence Security training
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with GIS disciplines, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience with GIS disciplines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), and the Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Experience in a leadership role and working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams
  • Experience with managing large multi-task contracts in scope and complexity
  • Experience using Agile approaches to lead a project or program
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) applications, including MS Office and MS Project
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
