About The Position

As an operations analyst, you're passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need an experienced research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. On our cyber team, you'll evaluate data assessment strategies such as evaluation, flow processing, management assessment, and process improvement to expedite mission operations and technical solution delivery. You won't go at it alone, you'll work alongside a team of defensive and offensive cyber experts to conduct research, prepare charts, graphs, and after-action reports, and analyze and interpret programmatic or cost data such as cost and benefit analyses. Once documented, you'll develop program briefs, reports, and documentation to present results, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in various program meetings to improve program efficiency. In this role, you'll use your passion for analytics and statistics to devise modeling and measuring techniques utilizing mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines. Use your operations research knowledge to develop technologies and concepts that advance cyberspace operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience conducting management of documentation, software systems, templates, and example documents.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience with developing strategic communications for executive management.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, or Visio.
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight in direct support of client leadership.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
