Logistics and Distribution : Coordinating the movement of products through the supply chain, ensuring they reach their appropriate destinations. Stakeholder Communication : Acting as a liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Issue Resolution : Identifying and resolving problems within the supply chain to prevent disruptions and delays. Performance Improvement : Evaluating supply chain performance and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
