About The Position

The Operations Repair Technician at Asurion is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and testing defective wireless electronics. This role involves inspecting, triaging, testing, and repairing complex defective wireless electronics, such as tablets, laptops, and game consoles. The technician is responsible for disassembling and repairing or replacing loose, worn, or defective components and wiring, using hand tools, soldering equipment, and other devices used for high-level device repair. The position also requires counting, scanning, and receiving inventory, keeping records of sales, preparing inventory of stock, and ordering merchandise. The technician must package and ship devices back to customers and ensure that all repairs meet or exceed repair standards. The work environment is in a warehouse setting, and the role routinely uses small tools to conduct repairs.

Requirements

  • Previous electronic repair experience
