About The Position

The Operations Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support Club Champion’s warehouse and build shop operations. The Operations Recruiter will oversee the full life cycle of the recruiting process, sourcing, screening, coordinating the interview process, facilitating employment offers. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient production and distribution by ensuring our teams are staffed with skilled, motivated, and reliable employees. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple requisitions and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet operational needs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trade environments.
  • Knowledgeable in applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in interviewing techniques
  • Detail Oriented
  • Communication skills- written, verbal, and non-verbal

  • Passion for golf and understanding of golf equipment manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for warehouse and build shop positions, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partners with department leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely communication to all stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Build relationships with local trade schools, technical programs, and employment agencies to develop talent pipelines.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and turnover rates.
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new recruits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
