About The Position
The Operations Reconcilement Accountant position is primarily responsible for reconciling and researching various Operations accounts within standard timeframes. The incumbent reduces risk by identifying out-of-balance situations, researching root causes, and creating adjusting entries to balance the account. This role requires knowledge of various transaction processes and the ability to research and communicate with a variety of employees to resolve discrepancies.
