As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an Operations & Purchasing Coordinator who can keep materials, vendors, inventory, and daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and great at keeping a lot of moving pieces on track, this could be a strong fit. About the Role This is a hands-on coordination role that sits at the center of our operation. You’ll manage purchasing, inventory, warehouse flow, invoice processing, and operational support to help ensure every installation team has what they need, when they need it. Success in this role requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems fast, communicate clearly, and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills are essential, since much of the role involves tracking orders, managing spreadsheets, processing documentation, and keeping information organized across multiple systems.
