The Operations Project Manager plays a vital role in bridging all teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects related to client implementation, client data tracking, client run logs and client success. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background, particularly in Pharmacy Benefit and Healthcare and client management. The Operations Project Manager collaborates across teams to ensure client implementations are done in an efficient and timely manner. This position will communicate with clients, set up calls with clients and follow up on client issues to make sure they are resolved. This position demands leadership in Agile practices, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement and innovation in operations.
