The Operations Project Manager plays a key role in driving execution, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across all areas of Operations. This role supports major operational initiatives—such as facilities and warehouse enhancements, process improvements, and production-related projects—while ensuring timelines, communication, and deliverables remain on track. This individual acts as a strategic partner and “second-in-command” to the Director of Operations, helping coordinate workflow, guide project execution, and relay critical updates across teams. The role is highly collaborative and interfaces regularly with Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, Biomed, Sales, Accounting, and other internal groups.
