The Operations Project Manager (OPM) oversees all Operations efforts relating to contract execution and is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from beginning to end, according to strict deadlines and budgets. The OPM acts as the point-of-contact between elements of Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management. They ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems. A successful candidate should be able to: Handle stressful situations with maturity, respect, and confidence Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Be a self-starter with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions to complex problems Demonstrate attention to detail with strong organizational skills Excel in a team environment with the ability to avoid and resolve conflict Demonstrate strong analytical skills Excel in high stress/high visibility environment, including public speaking and creating formal presentations
