The Operations & Major Project Manager will lead key projects that drive growth and impact for the company. This role involves managing various initiatives, building relationships with key leaders both internally and in the community, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Create detailed plans and set timelines for project success.
• Solve problems as they arise and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
• Assist with departmental needs such as finding new vendors, planning events, and improving processes.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders, negotiating and holding them accountable.
• Manage and oversee confidential matters with external facilities.
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to keep them informed and manage expectations.
