About The Position

There are many companies with a mission. We are a mission with a company. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Project Manager (1099) to join our team on a temporary basis. The Contract Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our initiatives by developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resources to achieve project goals on time and within budget. This assignment requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally with strategic initiatives.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Healthcare or Third Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress, flag potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.
