Requirements

• BS in Engineering or Supply Chain and or equivalent years of experience
• 5-10+ years of supply chain experience
• Ability and willingness to travel 10-25% of the time
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, work through complexity and present possible solutions
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
• Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
• A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
• Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)

• Experience in leading various aspects of manufacturing and/or distribution operations

Responsibilities

• Develops supply chain project plans from initiation to completion
• Leads and facilitates teams to develop plans, manages execution and operation of the supply chain strategy, and communicates progress to key stakeholders
• Assesses and improves supply chain planning processes with a focus on continuous improvement including IBP/ S&OP, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Part Planning and / or Purchased Part Planning
• Analyzes planning impacts on delivery to customers, costs (Logistics etc) and inventory
• Responsible for capacity modeling including facility, Tooling, Production Lines, Warehouse and overall space planning
• Oversees supply chain design with an emphasis on long term strategy including Make vs Buy, Make Where, Distribute Where, Purchase Where, and process technology alternatives
• Responsible for Network Design and Location Scouting
• Owns supply chain data and data visualization including analysis, synthesizing, model / simulation with large data sets partnering with our Business Intelligence Team
• Will perform additional responsibilities when required
