Remote Location - AZ Phoenix, Arizona 85001 Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour Must Reside in: CA, AZ, NV, CO, TX, WA POSITION OVERVIEW: The Operations Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and consistency of operational initiatives across the organization. This position will coordinate projects, track deliverables, and ensure alignment between departments to maintain CARD’s high standards of service delivery and operational excellence. This individual will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring operational projects — from workflow improvements and center openings to compliance initiatives and system enhancements. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with regional and corporate teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with organizational goals.
