Job expectations include working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement change and improvements brought about by the project. LOB Job Description: Responsible for medium to large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Key responsibilities include strategic ideation, analytical evaluation, performance reporting and business case development to deepening client relationships. Executes against the strategy by leading project planning, designing fulfillment solutions, piloting initiatives, and developing implementation strategies that enhance client satisfaction, revenue generation, and profitability. This role will work on our Growth Enablement Program that is designed to partner across Client Services and other Consumer business to drive strong integration and Responsible Growth for clients who are calling into Client Services. Our Program objective is to engage more clients with a highly-skilled teammate to support their entire relationship with Bank of America.

Requirements

  • Strategic, analytical thinker with quantitative skills and a history of data‑based decision‑making and problem solving.
  • 1+ year of project management and the ability to manage multiple requests & projects at once
  • Experience with leading meetings with leaders at all levels and the ability to hold people accountable
  • Significant experience with Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Office (including One Note and PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to work independently, self-starter who can work in a team environment
  • Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Makes timely and fact-based decisions independently
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Capability to build close relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leaders

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions, including building a business case for improvement recommendations and driving the execution of implementation
  • Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures
  • Supports partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issues
  • Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks
  • Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution
