OneMain Financial is looking for a Program Manager to join our Card Operations team, based out of Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to help strengthen business processes and execution around Third Party Risk Management, invoice and contract management, oversight of the Cards business' largest service vendor, and administrative processes related to managing both our processing/servicing vendor and our Partner Bank. In this role you will interact with many members of the Cards team and be engaged in a variety of projects to help us meet our quarterly objectives. You will report to the Vice President/Managing Director to provide support duties for the Operations team, while also supporting the Vice President of Operations and the broader operations leadership team.

  • Manage the daily processing delivery, ensuring daily delivery against SLAs and expectations across statement production and mailing, payment processing, card personalization and mailing, dialer file delivery, and flag any issues to business process owners and helping to impact assess.
  • Analyze and report on all new Professional Services requests so that the Cards Operations team has sight of potential upcoming spend to enable better prioritization discussions and better forecasting of non-recurring expenses.
  • Manage coordination of agendas, materials, arrangements, and follow-ups to ensure effectiveness of strategic planning and QBR engagements with both our processing vendor and our sponsor bank.
  • Streamline interaction and engagement between business owners and Enterprise Risk Management in the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, and coordinate action plans between OMF and Vendors.
  • Ensure billing disputes are raised quickly and funds withheld against disputed amounts. Maintain tracking and reporting of all open invoice disputes, ensuring a timely agreed resolution and tracking through to corrective action.
  • Gain intimate knowledge of all contracts, SLAs and price sheets to be able to interrogate suspicious charges.
  • Produce Product Release overviews for Operations to educate workforce on upcoming changes that could result in customer inquiries or business process changes.
  • Create monthly reports highlighting Operations team accomplishments & challenges.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and create reports; identify issues.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Adept at telling a compelling story through engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations support, financial services, vendor management, or business administration.
