As a Program Manager within the Operations function, this person will lead complex, global programs that drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Program scope may include Operations system Improvement, merger and acquisition, product transfers, process and quality metric improvements. This highly collaborative role requires strong cross-functional alignment to successfully design, scale, and execute programs. The ideal candidate will quickly establish credibility, gain a deep understanding of internal processes, proactively engage subject matter experts, and evaluate options to overcome challenges and deliver program objectives. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in engaging senior leadership to drive decision-making, align priorities, and remove ambiguity.
