This role will require you to come into the office 3 days a week and therefore you must live in the cities of: Malvern, PA; Dallas, TX and / or Charlotte, NC. A Program Manager is accountable for identifying strategic priorities, coordinating overall project direction, and implementing a cohesive set of transformational activities to achieve critical business outcomes. Within each project that they manage, they are responsible for assessing risk to the business, orchestrating clear and timely stakeholder communication, as well as establishing and maintaining robust governance practices throughout the program lifecycle. This program management role will focus on the areas of engineering, facility management, sustainability and project management. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Operational Excellence Lead and Senior Leadership Team to detect areas of improvement, align projects with overarching business strategies, and drive initiatives that elevate account performance. The Program Manager combines complex information and coordinates various efforts to turn the organization's goals into real results, significantly improving business performance.
