About The Position

The Revenue Integrity Operations Program Manager will work with clients and internal stakeholders in ensuring excellent subject matter expertise of the Revenue Integrity product lines. The RI Operations Program Manager will consult with clients to optimize revenue integrity workflow using the Revenue Integrity suite of products and services. They will help support internal sales and product development teams as a subject matter expert. The RI Operations Program Manager will communicate effectively and articulate product benefits to C-suite professionals in the finance, revenue cycle, or compliance sectors and act as a highly visible resource for customers, ensuring the adoption and optimal utilization of our revenue integrity solutions. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and document provider revenue cycle processes, while focusing on specific areas of concern identified by using current revenue cycle methodologies Understand and provide best practice revenue cycle guidance and recommendations for provider revenue cycle operations Lead small teams and projects that support overall consulting engagements Recognize and identify revenue cycle process challenges or opportunities in a provider setting and escalate concerns timely Work directly with provider departments, as needed Managing customer expectations and service level agreements/timelines, ensuring that customers are kept informed. Provide client support for all revenue Integrity applications and end users Develop and maintain, as needed, knowledge and resources for above methodologies, client facing presentation, ROI calculator materials and regular internal education for advancing the skillset and effectiveness of the Executive Directors, internal prospecting staff (Marketing Development Team), product campaign cadence and policy/procedure information for effective internal deal pursuit Maintain industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition, participation in regional/national meetings/forums, and driving brand/deliverable awareness within territory Complete special projects related to customer needs and support SKILLS|EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in health care industry, preferred. Minimum of 6 years healthcare revenue cycle, audit denial, appeal and/or consulting experience required. Relevant industry experience may substitute previous consulting requirement. 5+ years of experience working with revenue cycle vendors. Understanding of process mapping and workflow redesign preferred. Lean management experience preferred. Experience with healthcare information systems (HIS), EPIC, Cerner strongly preferred. Experience with third-party payors, denials management, and claims processing preferred. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills. Develop and maintain, as needed, knowledge and resources for above methodologies, client facing presentation, ROI calculator materials and regular internal education for advancing the skillset and effectiveness of the Executive Directors, internal prospecting staff (Marketing Development Team), product campaign cadence and policy/procedure information for effective internal deal pursuit. Support RFP’s, Large/Multi-product deals, cross departmental collaboration to achieve objectives. Maintain industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition, participation in regional/national meetings/forums, and driving brand/deliverable awareness within territory. Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic setting. Strong customer service orientation Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic Excellent communicator (written and oral) Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Willingness to travel up to 15% for client engagements. Physical Requirements: Position requires standing, sitting, lifting up to 20 pounds. Position is performed in office and hospital settings. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in health care industry, preferred.
