As a Operations Production Support Specialist within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based remotely within the PNC Midland footprint. PNC provides a best in class office environment; and also supports remote and hybrid work environments. As an Operations Production Support Specialist within Special Loan Servicing, you serve as the primary liaison for coordinating requests from external parties regarding defaulted loans. Your responsibilities include reviewing and processing complex Commercial Real Estate (CRE) servicing requests—such as payments, disbursements, and other related activities—while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. You play a critical role in mitigating risk, resolving payment discrepancies, and addressing various loan servicing inquiries. Additionally, you maintain accurate loan records, execute loan maintenance transactions, and contribute to the preparation of management reports. Your role also involves supporting special projects focused on process improvement and enhancing departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• BS in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field and or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related commercial loan servicing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to efficiently utilize commercial loan processing systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with PNC Commercial Real Estate Loan Processing Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
