Job Description Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM Overtime: As needed This is a cross-functional role providing production support across Operations Services. The position focuses on processing payments, data entry, scanning checks and documents, and sorting mail. Most work is performed while seated, with occasional movement to retrieve or sort materials. Accuracy and speed are essential. Responsibilities include working in multiple operational systems, supporting payment or claim processing, archiving, researching exceptions, troubleshooting issues, and interacting with internal partners and external vendors or customers. Some roles require standing or sitting for extended periods, repetitive motions, and moving trays or carts of work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years or more of related work experience
