About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor to support Consumer Small Business Banking Operations. This role involves performing moderately complex operations duties, requiring knowledge of company policies and practices, data collection, report preparation, and project coordination. The Operations Processor will also provide guidance on personnel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective communication across various levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of cash handling or cash vault experience.
  • Ability to lead by coaching, training, mentoring, and giving feedback to staff and corresponding managers.
  • Knowledge of cash vault systems such as CV admin, Hogan, Glory, Service View.
  • 10-key numerical data entry experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of a service center or department environment.
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports.
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing systems.
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties.
  • Coordinate projects and furnish information to authorized persons.
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.
