About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operation Processor to join our team. This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. This is an onsite position with a Monday - Friday schedule and we need someone who can be flexible with start times, which may vary daily and or monthly (e.g 7:00am, 9:00am, or 10:00am). An ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment where daily task may vary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of related work experience.
  • Dependable and punctual with a good work ethic.
  • Comfortable with a dynamic schedule and shifting responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks and challenges as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in mailroom, data entry, cash handling, sorting, machinery, and batching.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions through data interpretation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems.
  • Interact with multiple internal partners.
  • Perform transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting, and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email.
  • Research exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production.
  • Prepare physical items for processing on capture devices.
  • Perform data perfection/data entry on deposit transactions that require correction.
  • File/retrieve items as needed, balancing tasks, and other duties as assigned.
  • Process Commercial Cash Vault transactions including filling cash orders and/or accepting and verifying large volume deposits including currency, coin, and checks.
  • Operate a variety of high-speed equipment including currency scanners, currency sorters, coin sorters, and check encoders.
