Lending Services Ops Processor is part of the Lender Support group. This LenderLink-based role serves as a primary point of contact for internal associates on matters related to the Consumer and Commercial Lending portfolios. The Ops Processor responds to associate requests, emails and phone calls, researches and resolves inquiries, and provides accurate guidance on products, processes, and documentation. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of consumer and commercial lending products and excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are seeking dedicated, disciplined individuals who excel in a team environment, who take ownership and who are enthusiastic about a job well done.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Must have minimum of 5 years of banking experience in either consumer or commercial lending operations or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrable leadership ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with own team, other teams within the department, as well as line of business partners
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of standard accepted practices or agreed upon Service Level Agreements
  • Knowledge of federal lending requirements related to lending functions and regulations
  • Basic knowledge of either consumer or commercial loans required – an understanding of both is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal employees.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Responsibilities

  • Responding to internal employee questions or issues on Consumer and Commercial Loans products that are received by email or by phone.
  • Basic understanding of Loan documentation for system accuracy
  • Help monitor and manage group SLA and compliance.
  • Shares knowledge and experience with team in support of high performance.
