Lending Services Ops Processor is part of the Lender Support group. This LenderLink-based role serves as a primary point of contact for internal associates on matters related to the Consumer and Commercial Lending portfolios. The Ops Processor responds to associate requests, emails and phone calls, researches and resolves inquiries, and provides accurate guidance on products, processes, and documentation. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of consumer and commercial lending products and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
