About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services within Chief Operating Office (COO). In this role, you will: Collect data and prepare related operational reports Coordinate projects Furnish information to authorized persons Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment Prepare input forms for automated data processing system Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties Location: 45110 Ocean Court, Sterling, VA 20166 100% on-site at stated location Relocation assistance is not available for this position Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET; Monday – Friday Shift is subject to change based on business needs and may include additional hours, weekends, or holidays

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to lift, and pull, 50+ pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 6–8 hours per shift)
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work 100% on-site at stated location on the job opening
