In this role, you'll directly impact the client's mission by driving process integration and streamlining to enhance business needs, operations, and procedures into an effective and sustainable system. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency efforts across technical teams
- Experience working in Agile environments, leveraging scrum and agile processes
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and processes
- Ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clearly defined outcomes and manage end-to-end process improvement initiatives, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and self-direction
- Ability to collaborate and align various teams and stakeholder agendas
- Ability to regularly engage with senior-ranking officials in high-visibility and high-pressure settings
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) environments
- Knowledge of the full IT lifecycle
- Project Management Professional Certification
