Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency efforts across technical teams
  • Experience working in Agile environments, leveraging scrum and agile processes
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and processes
  • Ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clearly defined outcomes and manage end-to-end process improvement initiatives, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and self-direction
  • Ability to collaborate and align various teams and stakeholder agendas
  • Ability to regularly engage with senior-ranking officials in high-visibility and high-pressure settings
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) environments
  • Knowledge of the full IT lifecycle
  • Project Management Professional Certification
