About The Position

The Operations Process & Implementation Manager at CollisionRight is a strategic role focused on driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position requires a blend of analytical skills, leadership, and a commitment to process optimization. The manager will lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in diverse business operations.
  • Experience in the collision repair industry or similar is desirable.
  • Expertise in standardized processes, planning and scheduling, waste elimination, business process optimization, production management, performance measurement, leader standard work, and quality improvement.
  • Strong experience in data analytics and using data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with business profit and loss responsibility is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems; CCC experience is a plus but can be learned.
  • Skilled in activity planning and project management.
  • Proven track record in improving customer performance.
  • Experience with private equity portfolio management is a plus.
  • Success in implementing improvements in services-based industry roll-ups.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change in environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work through others and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with private equity portfolio management.
  • CCC experience in ERP systems.
