Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted payroll practices.

• Detail oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Receive manual check requests.
• Audit request forms and validate authorizations.
• Perform data entry to create daily batch of off-cycle payroll payments.
• Receive, validate and distribute batch of completed checks to agency lock boxes.
• Provide timely filing and reconciliation of check request documents.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Receive, register and distribute vendor payment, payroll tax and garnishment checks.
