About The Position

The Operations Plus Manager will allow the improvement of all processes within the organization by the continuous approach to eliminate waste and the application of the concepts for Operations Plus (IWS)

Requirements

  • University degree. Mastery is desirable, but not indispensable.
  • 4-5 years of experience in industries, developing lean methodologies.
  • Development of 5s concepts in plant.
  • Work under pressure, multitasking, work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the Operations plus implementation
  • Lead necessary training of the Operations Plus RTT system
  • Link between the plant and at the regional level as support functions during implementations
  • Share the practical improvements and learning with the other plants
  • Work together with leadership to identify capacities and plan the development of different capacities
  • Support and training for leaders during and through the implementation of RTT Operations Plus system
  • Achieve the objectives defined in the implementation of Operations Plus
  • Any and all other tasks and projects as requested by management
