The Director of Operations Performance is a key member of Conifer's management team. In order to ensure Conifer is meeting the financial needs of its clients, the Director will help provide insight, direction and feedback into Conifer clients' monthly Revenue Cycle and business unit operational performance. The Director will work pro-actively to report issues, as well as offer recommendations for improvement.
