About The Position

This role is responsible for compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data about processes and results to support and enhance business performance & ensure the current and future profitability of our customer contracts. This position requires a thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles. Ability to collaborate well with others, focus on continuous improvement, and a strong desire to analyze, investigate, and resolve issues based on root cause analysis. A strong critical thinking mindset and being self-motivated to manage risk and maximize opportunities for the business are key success factors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Data Analytics or similar required
0 to 2 years as a Finance/Business Analyst preferred
Computer skills (MS Suite)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done

Responsibilities

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to the CFO for the businesses
Support and manage bid processes through data collection, analysis, and reporting, while coordinating with the other departments involved in the bid and pricing processes
Produce reports which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
Assist in identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Develop models that help with decision-making
Report directly to the CFO of PHI Americas and works closely with the Chairman of the Board and CEO.
Perform other duties as requested
Understand and provide visible support of Destination Zero
Practice job duties with Safety at the core of all tasks

Stand-Up, Speak-Out, and Take Action – Do the right thing when no one is looking, report safety concerns, near misses and incidents to management, use the Stop Work authority to immediately stop unsafe acts or work practices
