About The Position

At Guardian Dentistry Partners, we support a growing network of 170+ dental practices across 11.5 states (shout out D.C.!). As one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America (No. 384 on the 2024 Inc. 5000), we’re proud of the culture we’ve built — one rooted in integrity, collaboration, and doing the right thing for our people and our practices. From our Guardian Support Team (GST), we provide the operational, financial, and people support that allows our doctors and teams to focus on what matters most — caring for their patients and the communities they serve. While our partners share common values, we also celebrate the differences that make each practice unique. That balance is what makes Guardian special. We’re looking for a detail-loving, data-savvy, process-minded Operations Pay Administrator to join our HQ team in a part-time role supporting compensation and pay review across the organization. With a large and growing network of practices, consistency matters — especially when it comes to compensation. This role serves as the central reviewer for office-level pay adjustments, helping ensure decisions align with internal equity, financial guardrails, and operational strategy. You’ll partner closely with Operations, HR, and Finance to keep requests organized, accurate, and moving through the right approval channels. If you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, keeping things organized, and making sure processes run the way they should — you’ll love this role.

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, sorting, tracking, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and following structured processes
  • Clear communicator who can explain information simply and professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Perform periodic audits to confirm requests are processed correctly
  • Maintain reports, trackers, and compensation data tools
  • Provide data summaries to support leadership decisions
  • Help improve and streamline compensation review processes

Benefits

  • Remote, flexible, part-time HQ role
  • Fast-growing organization where your work actually matters
  • Collaborative, supportive culture — and yes, we really mean that
  • Your work touches 170+ practices across the country, helping teams stay aligned and successful
  • A role for people who love details, data, and doing things the right way
  • Work alongside leaders in Operations, HR, and Finance who value good processes and smart decisions
