We’re looking for a detail-loving, data-savvy, process-minded Operations Pay Administrator to join our HQ team in a part-time role supporting compensation and pay review across the organization. With a large and growing network of practices, consistency matters — especially when it comes to compensation. This role serves as the central reviewer for office-level pay adjustments, helping ensure decisions align with internal equity, financial guardrails, and operational strategy. You’ll partner closely with Operations, HR, and Finance to keep requests organized, accurate, and moving through the right approval channels.
