As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top healthcare providers in the country, applying AI-powered RPM solutions to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare - enhancing staff efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and pioneering the next generation of care models.

  • Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and healthcare/home device partners.
  • Align with partners on product availability, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Track project timelines, monitor milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
  • Act as primary liaison among internal teams (sales, logistics, tech support) and external partners.
  • Coordinate logistics, shipments, onboarding materials, and promotional content.
  • Plan and execute on-site visits for training, audits, or partner meetings.
  • Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of partner processes.
  • Assist with expense tracking, vendor invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with the India HQ finance team for payments, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain local financial records and ensure compliance with basic accounting needs.
  • Manage office administration: vendors, supplies, logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Dallas office.
  • Act as a point of contact for US-based employees for HR and payroll queries.
  • Coordinate with India HR team on onboarding, documentation, policy alignment, and employee support.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Support in implementing employee engagement and travel policies.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to India HQ teams (finance, HR, operations, leadership).
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups between US employees, global partners, and India HQ.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years’ experience across operations, project coordination, finance/admin, or HR support.
  • Exposure to vendor/distributor management and/or channel partner coordination is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with US accounting and HR practices desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; comfort with project tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Excel).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner and office requirements.
