About The Position

As an Operations Officer, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Requirements

  • Experience with executive support, including providing mission-enabling customer service and direct support to organizations
  • Experience with stakeholder engagements, briefings, and meetings
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and basic knowledge management principles
  • Ability to track suspense action items using the Suspense Tracking System
  • Ability to coordinate, develop, and oversee presentations, responses, and briefings for internal and external meetings
  • Ability to manage internal and external scheduling and taskings for the product office
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in scheduling and executing staff meetings, working groups, special events, and ceremonies
  • Experience in maintaining the status of test events and scheduled events
  • Knowledge of the military decision-making process
