The Operations Officer - Program Management at DCS Corp will conduct detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of program management activities for the assigned organization(s). The applicant will act as the primary interface between organization leadership and higher-level leaders, including the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology) (ASA (ALT)) leaders and staff, as well as other stakeholder organizations. Responsibilities include managing program calendars, coordinating and scheduling meetings, recording and distributing meeting notes and action items, providing status updates on action items, reports, and other assigned tasks, and electronically storing materials from these engagements. The applicant will also coordinate documentation and obtain required signatures, as well as revise, copy, and distribute materials for meetings, briefings, and conferences.
