About The Position

Responsible for assisting the Chief Data Officer and designated team with directing, developing, managing office operations. They assist in keeping their manager/team informed, with scheduling, reports, agendas, meetings, and other aspects as needed. Often this person is responsible for the coordination of the "office". This coordination may include logistics associated with the conference or meeting rooms, mail, supplies, pc's, follow-through for new hires or other colleague support issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Banking Operations or in administrative capacity in a financial institution
  • Ability to perform functional duties and related positions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and customers; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal/customer service skills; knowledge of regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures.
  • PC skills required.
  • Ability to handle problem situations with colleagues and clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily activities of assigned functional area; prioritizing; completing multiple activities; resolves problems as they arise.
  • Supports manager/team as assigned by keeping he/she/them informed of activities impacting assigned group. Assists with scheduling, reports, agenda’s, or other activities as required. Frequently interfaces with internal and external clients and is responsible for exhibiting exemplary customer service in all interactions.
  • Coordinates “office” functions and activities that may involve mail, phones, supplies, travel arrangements, equipment, moves, facilities, paperwork, and other duties.
  • Composes and creates correspondence, reports and other moderately complex documents which may contain statistical data and/or confidential information which require accuracy and speed. Composes routine correspondence, reports and other documents as directed by assigned attorney. Proofreads documents for typographical errors.
  • Utilizes word processing programs to create, revise, store and print various documents as required. Inputs various information to computer system via terminal entry according to established procedures.
  • Applies both technical and general business knowledge to resolve the most complex issues in assigned function.
  • Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products the bank provides, the services the bank delivers, and the processes employed
  • Ensures activities are in compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and CNB policy and procedure.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and serves as resource to internal and external customers.
  • Ensures employees are in compliance with specified CNB compliance guidelines.
  • Clearly communicates ideas and concepts both orally and in writing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested
